According to Resolution 2346 of July 11, 2007 issued by the Ministry of Social Protection, the objective of the pre-occupational or pre-recruitment medical evaluation is to determine the worker's aptitude to efficiently perform the work without harming its health or the health of third parties, comparing the demands of the job for which it is intended to hire or link with their physical and mental capacities, as well as to establish the existence of restrictions that merit any condition subject to modification and identify the health conditions that being present in the worker may worsen in the development of the work.
